Replacement screen
Replacement screens replace worn decks. The opening follows a micron or mesh call-out; cloth is chrome-nickel stainless or spring steel, and the frame can be PU-reinforced.

Operating principle
The deck is supplied as a finished panel or as tensionable cloth. Aperture and wire diameter follow the cut and wear duty. Material, corrosion resistance and required hygiene evidence are checked for the process. A PU-reinforced frame can support tension and edge protection.

Which dimensions does UnionBridge need for a replacement screen?
Required data includes machine maker and model, deck position, outside and inside dimensions, frame profile, fixing, aperture, wire diameter, photos and markings. Micron and mesh values must not be equated without the standard and wire diameter.
How is the correct mesh material selected?
Product contact, corrosion, temperature, abrasiveness, cleaning chemicals and required evidence determine material and grade. Stainless steel is not automatically suitable for every chemical or food application.
Can a specific service life be guaranteed?
Not without defined operating conditions. Life depends on feed, loading, cleaning, tension and foreign bodies. Comparative figures or guarantees are agreed only with documented conditions and, where needed, a service trial.
