Replacement screen
Replacement screens replace worn decks. The opening follows a micron or mesh call-out; cloth is chrome-nickel stainless or spring steel, and the frame can be PU-reinforced.
Operating principle
The deck is supplied as a finished panel or as tensionable cloth. Aperture and wire diameter follow the cut and the wear duty. Chrome-nickel stainless suits corrosion and hygiene; spring steel suits higher mechanical load. A PU-reinforced frame holds tension and protects the edges.
