Operating principle
Work starts with process analysis: material, throughput, separation, hygiene and layout. This is followed by 3D design, production in Türkiye and commissioning as agreed for the project. Typical fields are screening, crushing, conveying, dosing, mixing and packing. Materials and evidence for food processes are defined to customer requirements. UnionBridge handles European coordination.

What information does UnionBridge need to start a project?
We need the process description, material data, quantities, targets, layout and interfaces, utilities, operating mode, cleaning and safety requirements and desired supply scope. Missing data is documented as open points rather than hidden by assumptions.
How are performance, acceptance and supply boundaries defined?
